Question about Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player
MY PROBLEM IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT... LOL I KNOW WHY IT ISN'T PLAYING, HOWEVER MY PROBLEM IS I WAS LIVING WITH A ROOMMATE THAT HAD NAPSTER AND I DOWNLOADED A BUNCH OF MUSIC ON MY CREATIVE ZEN. I MOVED OUT FROM THAT PLACE AND NO LONGER SPEAK TO HER, SO THEREFOR I CANNOT "RE-LINK" UP TO HER PC FOR THE LICENSE. ALSO TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY I DO NOT OWN A COMPUTER OF MY OWN AND CANNOT INSTALL COMP WITH INTERNET AT MY NEW PLACE (RENTING A ROOM) IS THERE ANY OTHER SOLUTION TO GET MY MP3 TO PLAY AGAIN? I DON'T NEED NEW MUSIC I AM HAPPY WITH MY 900 SONGS I ALREADY HAVE. I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO LISTEN TO THEM. LOL I CAN BY THE NAPSTER SERVICE BUT LIKE I SAID HAVE NO COMP. ANY SUGGESTIONS???
Go into your Control Panel and Add and Remove Programs. Make sure Show Updates is checked on top of the Window. Scroll down to the bottom and remove Hotfix for Windows Media Format 11 SDK (KB929399). Restart then resync your music to your player. Unfortunately, Windows continues to reinstall this "fix."
if that doesn't work try this
I reformatted the player, deleted and then re-downloaded the subscription tracks.

Tips for a great answer:
Dec 10, 2013 | Apple iPod nano 3rd Generation
Sep 10, 2011 | Apple iPhone 3G
Please Follow the steps
Step 1: Launch iTunes and plug in your iPhone.
Step 2: Create a new "playlist" in iTunes. Name it whatever you want-say, "My iPhone Playlist" or something like that.
Step 3: Drag the songs you want from your iTunes library to your new playlist-in this case, "My iPhone Playlist"
Step 4: Click on your iPhone and go to the Music tab. "Sync Music" should already be checked. Now click on the button "Selected playlists", then tick off "My iPhone Playlist" (or whatever your playlist is named).
Step 5. Sync your iPhone and when it's done, the songs from "My iPhone Playlist" should now be on your iPhone. If you want to make any changes to your mp3 library on your iPhone, you'll have to modify the songs within your playlist, then re-sync again. Yes, I know it can be a pain.
