My printer is a HP Deskjet D1668. Whenever I try to print offline as well as online, the machine refuses to work. Can you please suggest a person who could do the job on AMC basis?

If you have jobs stuck in the print queue, try clearing them and then printing. If not, post more details and what is wrong and what errors you have.

Printer Problem

error occurred
1. Press CANCEL JOB to clear the print job from the printer memory.
2. Turn the printer off, and then turn the printer on.
3. Try printing a job from a different software application. If the job prints, go back to the first application and try printing a different file. (If the message only appears with a certain software application or print job, contact the software vendor for assistance.)
4. If the message persists with different software applications and print jobs, disconnect all cables to the printer that connect it to the network or printer.
5. Turn the printer off.
6. Remove all memory DIMMs or third-party DIMMs from the printer. (Do not remove the firmware DIMM in the lowest DIMM slot.)
7. Remove all EIO devices from the printer.
8. Turn the printer on.
9. If the error no longer exists, install each DIMM and EIO device one at a time, making sure to turn the printer off and back on as you install each device.
10. Replace a DIMM or EIO device if you determine that it causes the error.
11. Remember to reconnect all cables that connect the printer to the network or computer.
12. If the error persists, replace the firmware DIMM.
13. Replace the formatter.

How do i cancel a print in queue? thanx

Depends on your operating system. Start > settings >printers. Or Start printers and faxes. Find your printer and double click to open. Select printer job and right click to get to delete/clear or go to the printer menu and cancel all print jobs. Another way is to turn printer off for about 20 minutes to clear its memory.

Paper jam

Have you checked your paper that is fed on the bay...maybe there's a foreign material that is present inside because most of the printers nowadays are very sensitive especially on dust that triggers to false positive detection to your computer.

If it does, try clean the bay.ok?

HP Printer Conflict

Perform a clean and "No bloated" installation of the hardware.
Uninstall ALL the HP printer software, disconnect the PSC and reboot the computer.
When windows finish to load, connect the PSC again, the new hardware wizard will show up, follow the instructions with the HP Installation disk in the drive.
IMPORTANT: When a silver sand glass show up in the screen, CANCEL the installation of the HP software (this is by clicking "CANCEL" button or by no accepting the license terms). This will install only the PSC Drivers and nothing else.
Try printing again.
