Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Printer will not print a photo out in black and white.comes out sort of siepia
colour.plenty of black ink in printer and as far as i know no printer settings have been changed. The printer is about 12 months old and has genuine epson ink in it
My epson settings were recently changed by someone in order to take a passport photo copy and now all I get is about 1 quarter of the A4 that copies + all the tech support is in German!

Try this. Removed the color cartridge. Open the printer settings under Quality and check the box that says print in "greyscale" or "black and white.
This will rule out and color cart problem and also change the printer settings. You will have to change this back to print in Color,
Hope this helped........
