My pc got infected with a worm -Lsas.Blaster.Keyloger

It might be really what it says, but chances are you have accidentally started a "fake virus scam" malware, that acts a bit like a virus, but with an added function of luring you into paying for some miraculous anti-virus, that will cure your computer of the multiple "infections" it has allegedly "discovered".
If you can open Internet Explorer, you may try one of the online virus scanners available. If not, the only thing left is to prepare on a clean computer a startup antivirus CD, from which you could boot your computer and run an antivirus program.

Nortons sucks. you should try an anti-virus scan with Malwarebytes, then you should install Avast as your resident protection. 

Be sure, when uninstalling Nortons, to use the uninstallation tool found on the nortons site. if you use the regular windows uninstaller, it will not remove all of it, and it will slow your computer down.

No virus checker catches them all, and frankly, Norton 360 is pretty weak. Try running AVG, which is downloadable and free.

Install Superantispyware then scan and remove the infeciton.

You need to get an antivirus program on a CD, boot your computer with the AV in the CD-Rom, and then do a scan. Clean the infection, boot the computer, and run the AV again

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, update it and run a full scan. Remove everything it finds.
