Hi i think your problem is that well......... you dont have a problem you are only getting 460 mb out of you card cause the other 52 is full of stuff that make the hole sd card work
i know this because we bought i 320 gig ex hardrive but it turned out to be only 300 so we took it back and the person said that the missing 20 gig is the stuff that makes it all work so i think that you have the same problem and no your card is just fine but if you are not getting enough space on it i think that you should go up to a 1 gig or something like that

Hi,

This is normal. You never get all the space as the card is labelled. You have nothing to worry about.

Hello I bought 3 x 2gb cruzer usb sticks to run music on my sony hi fi they are not recognised..do they need formatting?

You could format them yes, but sometimes the device will not recognize certain memory sticks. You could call sony and see if those are supported USB sticks.

I have no user guide for my sandisk cruzer micro 512 mb and want to restore some of its files to my pc. How do I do this?

If the files are still on the flash drive you can simply plug it into your computer and move the files off. if the files are no longer on the flash drive then you are out of luck because they are gone forever. I hope this helps and have a nice day!

Stick shows ready boost cache file over 1.4 MB file which will not delete as not required.

Windows Vista supports "ReadyBoost" -- namely taking some of the space on the USB memory-stick to add RAM to your computer, to make your computer perform better.

Connect the SanDisk to a Windows XP system, and you'll be able to delete that file.

Memory card is not working

>You need to have a card reader.
insert your card in the appropriate slot and wait for the detection by your computer.
>Then open your my computer in which you can see your card, right-click it and select FORMAT.
This should solve your problem.

Ddr ram 1 stick or two

No it doesn't. Technically, kB is 1024 Bytes, a MB is 1024 kB, and a GB is 1024 MB. The boring techno-jargon can be found here. You're fine installing two 512 MB sticks - no worries.

Sandisk cruzer 2.0

Hey,

you can copy files into the memory stick by first finding the files you want to back up, right click on them and copy, then open the memory card from my computer and right click and paste, the file will be copied and its now 'backed up' on the memory stick.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks,
Ekse
