Question about Canon BJC 250 X. Files InkJet Printer
I have just purchased a Dell Inspiron with Vista and connected my old Canon printer via a Parallel to USB cable. The computer has seen the printer and says that it has installed the drivers but there is no sign of the printer so I cannot access it. Is there anything that I can do to get it working ... Thanks, Dave
Sure...you may need to add the printer, again, after removing it. Also, did the new dell Vista disk for drivers and utilities come with? I'd advise going to Canon's page, and getting a more recent driver. The old disk from Dell or Canon, MAY NOT have the most recent driver set. Also, if you're using the print manager, that's a new download, for certain.
