Looks great. Just would love to be able to do a load of laundry. Followed the instructions. Have it set up right, however, the washer does not retain any water, from start it continuously drains, and never has any water in it to wash, and again goes to the stage of filling the washer wasting tons of water! Is there a quick fix for this? Dont' need an enormous water bill. The point of this was for convenience and the lack of having to dish out quarters weekly, now will I be dishing out Franklins for the water bill?

It sounds like your system just needs a good cleaning. Soap film will build up on the draining system components. You need to clean your float and insure it moves freely and makes contact with the float switch which turns on the pump. You may also need to disassemble your pump for cleaning.
There are products available for cleaning clothes washers, but these need to be used on a regular bases. I do not think they can clean enough to solve your current problem. Use after you have cleaned.
According to siemens website Laundry appliances use many different codes depending upon age and origin. Faults that can be dealt with by the user are normally listed in the instruction book. Link to instruction manual download Flashing LEDs or displays frequently indicate door not closed, low water pressure or a blockage in the drain pump, drain hose or your drainage system.
LD is an error code relating to poor drainage. Check the drain hose and/or pipe for a clog. It's also possible that debris could have worked itself into the drain pump, causing a delay in drainage. Fixing your drainage problem will fix the LD error code.
