If you have anti-virus,try to scan..sometimes this is the cause for shutting down...

Touch screen of my asus P525 is behaving erratically. i have tried the screen allignment but the problem still persists. the left portion of the screen only gets activated irrespective of where u touch...


Was there ant water spilled onto it? Take out the battery, SIM card and memory card for 8 hours and then try again. If not hard reset the device and then check. If all fails then the touch screen needs to be replaced.

you'll need you puk numbers for that.it is the substitute for the passwords.puk means pin unknown.or call or bring it to a tech.

Hi sanketsahi, solution for your first problem is to change the keypad board, i tried to clean it but no remedy so send it to your nearest service center to change the keypad board. Your second problem, solution is to change battery, i can't explain it but when i change the battery it works 100%. Hope it helps!
