I have taken the CMOS battery out over 12 hours and it will not clear the password. It is actually asking me for the system password. It was not doing that before I took the battery out. It did stop 1 password bit now it is asking for another one. I have taken it apart to look for a jumper and there is not one. This is not the hard drive password either.

There's a battery on the mother board. You can take it out for 15mins and your cmos password will be reset. It looks like a watch battery.

Bios password

There are several web sites pertaining to be able to get you into your laptop/PC if you forget your password.
Personally, I find it hard to believe that a person can forget a password as important as that and in my experience most forgotten passwords were not forgotten at all but people aquiring the equipment without the password however, try this link:

Boot

Since you forgot the password best thing to do is make the cmos forget it. The way to do this is remove the cmos battery. Take it out for several hours then put it back in. This will reset the cmos and you should gain access.
