Question about Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus Silver Edition Graphic Calculator
Ok i got mirageOS from a friend like 3 months ago. and my calculator deleated it ALL the games. So i went 2 the main site and got the real one. and added it 2 my game. i got centipeed and like tetris. then when i was playing block dude, it crashed. just like boom it said remove garbage. now when i do not do this it turns off. so i hit yes. it has been emptying its garbage now for around o (understatement) 27 hours!. god i could have no arms and i could still take out my trash faster!!!!! how do i fix it. i need it soon for an exam is on friday, HELP ME!!!!
Take out the 4 AAA batteries, then remove the small plate under the batteries (you need a small phillips head screwdriver). take out the battery in there. let it sit for a while (maybe about 10 minutes), then put the battery back in. put the cover back on, then replace the 4 AAA batteries. If this doesn't work, can you still get it to appear on the computer? If not, it's completely dead, as far as I am aware.

don't worry man, It's probably just frozen. So try hitting on. This MIGHT break the garage. Do what ever you have to do to try to get it to stop. I can't say how important it is to try to get it to make it stop. If you take out the batteries it will stop but if it's truly frozen it's likely it might come back to the same screen then you will be royally SCREWED. so if you get it back to the normal screen you need to try to get rid of some stuff.
calculators are much like computers they have RAM and a hard drive. However the hard drive is just called ARC space. so your computer is trying to get rid of stuff aka garbage collect so that it can find more space. so you need to hit 2nd then + then go to memory manager and delete some stuff. most archived programs run around 16,000. so like when i fix people calculators i often delete TI sample and TI problem simulator. that should free up enough space for you. then archive your games so that they won't get deleted. (you archive stuff by hitting enter when your in memory manager) it doesn't matter as long as you run them through mirage. that will give you more ARC and RAM space. just to let you know. when you make these changes it will garabe collect again or defragment. don't freak out just let it do it's thing. GOOD luck hope this helps. tell me if it doesn't work i'll try to help again
