My sister gave me her MP130 and it works fine. the only thing is that when i try to change the preferences, everything is in japanese. is there a way to fix this. can someone help me find the language setting?! please and thank you

Follow these steps to reset the language and region on the product.
On the product control panel, touch Setup. The Setup menu displays.
Preferences . The Preferences menu displays.
From the Preferences menu, touch Set Country/Region . The Set Country/Region menu displays.
From the Set Country/Region menu, touch and then slide your finger up or down on the display to scroll through the list of countries, and then touch the desired country/region. The Preferences menu displays again.
From the Preferences menu, touch Set Language . The Set Language menu displays.
From the Set Language menu, touch and then slide your finger up or down on the display to scroll through the list of languages, and then touch the desired language. The home screen displays in the new language.
When you loaded the printer driver you may not have selected English as preferred language when asked the question in the driver install process You may have to uninstall & then reinstall the printer driver However, as a first step go to the printer icon, right clik, go to properties and see if you can fine a language choice on the printer properties Tabs / options

Make sure you select the English language before Downloading/installing.It shouldn't have happened but anyways try it...

I have Brother DCP-130C all in one Printer. When I installed the
software I chose English as the language, but when i am scanning &
when i go into printing preferences it seems to be in German. I
un-installed & re-installed but still not in English. Any ideas how I can change the language to english please?
