Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
I have been having problems with this flash mp3 player system ever since I got it in October of 2007. It has not worked properly ever. Every time I try to turn it on it says profile required for mb free space. I have tried to look online to see what that means, and I see other customers experience this problem as well, but I do not see any resolution or whats needed. It also freezes up a lot. What should I do? This is the numbers on the bar code if this helps......M4002A RA213H311A7492 it is from RCA and says Opal gem line I can be emailed at firstname.lastname@example.org
My mp3 opal screen turn black all of a sudden

I believe you have a faulty player, it would be wise to just return it to the store you bought it from and get your money back.
