Problem for Toshiba 27AF41 27" TV
Power light starts blinking

I have a 27af41 and the other day it started to have a trapazoidal shape inside the picture with thin blue lines then the set shuts off and the power light starts blinking. after unplugging and plugginf back in it works for a little while then the same happens again. does this sound like a power supply issue or what should i check? sometimes it has no problem.

- Our TV started this about 3 weeks ago and has just shut of three times on its own. Then the power light blinks and you have to unplug it to get it to work again. After it happended today, the picture lost some of its color and nothing in the setting could get it back. The Direct TV guide that use to be blue is now in green and yellow tones. - My Toshiba 27af41 is 7-yrs old...in the last 2-days, it started to exhibit a no vertical deflection problem (thin horizontal line)...when it first started having problems, it went away after about 5-min (warmup???), but today it continues to have the problem no matter how long I let it warmup...are the vertical IC components available ?Thank you- Guest
