The green Crt for your set is part number 251C207050. You said that you cleaned up where the fluid leaked but if even the slightest is left it can and will short this board. You are looking at about 200-250 for this CRT and if it leaked you would want it replaced. I couldnt find any in stock anywhere most had feb ship dates. You can get it from andrews electronics and union electronics.

Good Day;

It sounds like your TV is experiencing a CONVERGENCE CIRCUIT failure. YES, it is worth repairing, it's a great TV. The cost will be from $450.00 to $650.00; call an Authorized Service Center and have them give you an estimate B4 repair. Good luck, big IRISH. PS: It's Not An Easy repair to do your self.

First of all you need to find out which CRT leaked and replace it before any other repairs are done. The clear liquid is conductive and has done damage to the CRT board or boards.

Corroded Board

The best place for board repair or replace is PTS 1-800-844-7871 Yes you would need to fill the CRT's fluid level back up. The liquid is Glycnol(Liquid anti-freeze) Poisonious yes is swallowed! So take precautions. You can get if from places like MCM electronics, Tritronics, bluestar-online.com, etc. It's called CRT coolant fluid. Yes and you would need to fix leak, probably a gasket or seal. Hope this helps!
