I have the same problem on a Delstar ds-1036 - I cannot locate the "Playing Mode" submenu so I cannot access the repeat one / repeat all / shuffle / random modes. Any help would be wonderful! Thanks.

I think I found the solution... to get into the "playing mode" submenu, a song has to be playing when you hit the mode select button. Otherwise, if a song is stopped/paused, you get the "stop mode" menu.

Once in the "playing mode" menu, select "repeat", and then scroll all the way to the right to get the shuffle/random mode.

if your password dosen't work then the only way to access your ipod is to firmware restore it with DFU mode.
After that use your icloud email pass to access your phone(icloud isn't necessary if u havn't set it in the first place ).

I bought an AGPTEK GO2s and carefully downloaded 31 complete albums in the order they were released. But the player is playing ALL the songs out of order. What do I need to do in order to fix this.

4. Play mode - While it's on music playing interface, click the (button in the blue box) to access to its sub-menu. - Choose from the three play modes "Repeat", "Shuffle", "Repeat Settings" according to your need. Note: The shuffle/repeat function only works for the audio files in each separated folder.

My i pod plays a few seconds of a song and stops!

Your I-pod is in "shuffle mode". To remove it out of shuffle mode, turn the shuffle mode switch to "off" This switch is located on the bottom right side of unit.

Help me with my mp3 player's problem please

The shuffle mode is in the menu, so you need to get to the menu to change it. You might try to use a toothpick or ballpoint refill to click the menu switch.

I have an ipod shuffle i was just using it 2 days ago i tried to plug it in the computer and its doing nothing it wont charge and nothing is comming up.

What generation is this ipod, and how long have you owned it?
If it is more than one year old; it is most likely that your batteries life has expired.
With this model it is recommended to replace the unit rather then the battery as they are so close in price.

How do I turn the shuffle off?? I go to settings, choose music options, choose shuffle and highlight "on" and nothing I hit makes it change to "off". Help!!

For the Sansa Fuze, the selection Shuffle Mode is correct, just like you told:
In Main Menu > Music > Submenu > Music Options > Shuffle Mode:
1. Select Shuffle.
2. Use thumbwheel to choose Shuffle on or Shuffle off.
(to play songs in random order, set Shuffle to ON).
3. Press Select to change the Shuffle mode.

See page 9 (=page 6) of the manual in pdf format for the Sansa Fuze:
Thumbwheel: 5
Select button: 9

Initially try reset method
  • Disconnect iPod shuffle from the computer .
  • Move the switch on the iPod shuffle to the OFF position.

My new ipod 8gb has a really short life

If you put your iPod as "shuffle" mode, then it will use up more battery since the unit has to access the hard drive more than usual.

if you put in in "repeat" it will also use more than usual battery.

So, try to put your iPod right down, but your stereo up. Also, types of music files (wmp, mp3, mp4, wav, etc) affect your battery life as well. the higher the bitrates = more battery usage.

Also, try to keep using the iPod until it goes down to absolute 0% and turns itself off. Usually, the red part will last around 8 hours in most cases.

Hope this helped! ^_^ Have a great day~
