-   same thing with Motorola V710 - used it for almost two years with no problem now it mutes upon answering all the time - NO indication of a mute function in the manual.-   soul121

-   I have a Samsung SGH-a437 and am having the SAME problem...I can't turn off the MUTE no matter what I do...All of a sudden after a year, all calls are automatically MUTED. I manually have to turn it off once someone answers the outgoing call, and that doesn't always work.-   ungano
