Could be monitor or lead. could also be the resolution of the graphics card. If the system was previously working with this monitor it won't be resolution and if a new lead doesn't work then it has to be a faulty monitor. play around with connections until you are sure as leads are cheap. you've had the pc checked on another monitor now try the monitor on another Pc if you can.

The computer seems to boots up, I hear the normal 'stuff' going on when I press the power button, all blue lights however my screen is blank nothing on the monitor. I thought the computer was sleeping, so...

Maybe the video has a problem, usually things like this can only be caused by 2 things, first is the memory or the RAM, try reseating, take it off then plug it in back, it. If this doesn't work most probably you have a video problem. Video problems are only to be fixed by experts.

When I power on my I-Inc Ic194D, the blue does come on, after 1 or 2 secs, the screen will blink with white light and it will blink every other 1 or 2 secs. Nothing shows up. Can someone help?

Make sure the DVI or VGA cable is securely plugged into both the computer and monitor. If this doesn't work, try plugging the monitor into another computer. If it works when attached to a different computer, then the issue lies with the computer and not the monitor.
Good luck. Please rate if this was helpful.

Black screen

At this point I believe there are failed caps in your monitor.
http://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?p=73310

This is very common in all LCD monitors. Did the tech just push the power switch off and on?
From my experience at fixing broken monitors of all brands, I think it is the power supply problem.

No picture lg flatron w2234s blinking blue light

Hi My screen developed exactly the same problem. It appears to be a hardwear problem associated with the screen it's self. continuity test is ok on the lead so I took it back to the shop under warranty and hey presto, the replacement works. I don't know what the problem is but there are a number of other folks on another thread with the same problem and their entries are dated May 09 too.  Dave
