Question about Televison & Video
DVD player says "incorrect disk" and will not play.
"incorrect disk" means that the cd/dvd inserted is not the correct format or the cd/dvd inserted has a format that the player does not support. Dvd players has specific formats which they could read and up until now, there are a lot of upgrades that dvd players can read.
What you need to do is check if the cd/dvd you inserted is a supported format for your player. If it is, you might want to clean your player with a lens cleaner.
hope this helps.
