Question about Stoves Premier 600DCa Gas Single Oven
When turning on the gas oven it correctly self ignites but the ignition for the grill also clicks continuously. Obviously as there is no gas to the grill it simply continues to spark/click. Oven still works but the clicking is annoying!
Any ideas as to why? / solution?

The timer has broken and needs replacing
I had the same problem, we checked all the wires inside and all ok, so phoned stoves and they said that the it sounds like the timer as this is the first port
Replaced the timer and cooker is now working fine - only thing to remember when ordering the timer - my cooker is green and now has a red light instead of green
Hope this helps
Cost of timer from stoves £56.83 inc vat and delivery

Our oven had the same fault.
It turns out that the air intake was blocked.
The air intake is at the front, just below the bottom oven door. Some liberal sucking with a hoover sorted the problem instantly.

The igniters are all controlled by a main hub switch located under the cooktop panel.
Replace the sparking igniters module to fix the sticky igniters problem.
