Question about GoVideo Go Video DVD/VCR Combo
My 1 year old son was playing with the remote and now the screen only shows "PROGRESSIVE SCAN MODE" in white letters on a blue background. I have tried the menu button but it does nothing. The Audio of the DVD is playing, I just don't have a picture. I also tried unplugging it in hopes that it would reset - no luck. The VCR works like normal. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Yes, I found the users manual.
To fix it: Press and hold the STOP button (on the remote) for more than 5 seconds.

press stop and keep hold of the stop button while you eject the dvd, it worked for me, i played around with it and found pressing stop and holding it while ejecting works

SOURCE: Progressive Scan
Hold the stop button for about 10 seconds. The other thing to do is move the video out cable at the back of the DVD to one of the component outs (there are three of them one for each color rgb) you will be able to read the menu again. turn off progressive scan and reconnect the video cable to dvd out

I turned on the dvd player and pressed down on the play button and counted to 10, but before I got to 10 the progressive light went of and the image on my tv set came back on.
