Cant hear when i am called

must be an issue with phone take it to carrier or call warranty/insurance for replacement.

Sounds like you reciever speaker is out. It might be cheaper to get a new phone than fix this one. Check with out a local cell repair store to see what they charge then make an informed decision.

sir is it blinks with white screen only or blinks with white screen then shut down?
-if the phone can receive/send text and mms messages while the incoming and outgoing calls become shut down,i think you need to replace the battery because it is weak.use only original battery.
-and if it is blink with white screen only try to reset all settings or reformat your phone,if not work hardware problem go to repair shop.

To help you with this problem, I want you to know that when a cellphone got fell, the main problem will be make is lost in display,you will not see anything but you can hear something like message tone and start-up tone, you can also receive calls. Don't be worry with that kind of problem. To tell you whats happening inside your phone is your LCD of display connection is only misaligned. Get it to the nearest cellphone repair center to get your cellphone to be open by a technician and probably they will do dismantling your phone and fix the problem. Hope this could help. It sounds like the handset has died, either get it repaired by a technician or it may be worth simply buying a new cordless system.

the speaker earpiece have been gone

If it happens all the time everywhere, even after taking the battery out and restart the phone, then there's something wrong with the phone. Take it in for repair. Otherwise, it maybe a network problem.

Recieving faxes

• Plug a regular, non-digital, phone into the fax's phone line and see if you get a dial tone
  • If you do not have a dial tone, seek support from your telephone service provider
• Dial the fax number from a phone    
  • Normal circumstance is that you will have the fax machine pick up and make high-pitched noises
  • If the fax does not pick up, put a regular phone on the fax line and see if the regular phone rings when dialed
    • If the phone rings, answer it and see if there is line noise
      • If the line is clear, call the service number listed on your fax
      • If the line is staticy or unclear, call your telephone service provider
    • If the phone does not ring, call your telephone service provider

Sending faxes

• Attempt to dial the fax number you are trying to send to from another phone.
  • If you hear electronic noises on the line, the other end has a fax machine on the other end
    • Check to see if you can recieve faxes.
  • If the remote fax does not answer, the problem is on the remote side, contact the recipient
