a new one, which you can change later.

"Sign In" link from the Yahoo! homepage, which will take you to the
"Sign in to Yahoo!" page.
Follow the "I can't access my account" link

my password" radio button on the next page and then click
Enter your Yahoo! ID and the code as it is shown and then

password sent to the alternate email address or cellular phone number given

cellular phone inviting you to reset your password.
From the Yahoo! homepage, follow the "Sign In"
link located near the top of the page.
On the next page, click on the "I can't access my
account" link directly below the yellow "Sign In" button.
On the next page, you must provide the alternate email
address, birth date, country of residence and postal code given when the
account was created.
When finished, click on the "Next" button and your
ID will be emailed to your alternate email address.
