Question about Inter-Tel Axxess Phone 5504400
I have created a new extention. I've matched the flags and fwrd path (voicemail) with a previous working extention. Call work fine when calling from within the switch.
I have added the extention into the call route table with its own extention as the ring in destination, but when I test the call from the outside I get a recorded message stating that " this number is no longer in service"
What am I missing?
Do you own that number from the telco? Is it in your DID range? Did you put it in the right call routing table?
