How todelete destinations on n series , navman

I am glad to HELP YOU!

You will find the previous destination every time when you will select RECENT PLACES/DESTINATIONS.
But if you want to have it alays as a waypoint you have to do like this: once you have input the coordinates of it just tap on that destination [to select it] and give it a name by saving it in POI/FAVORITES.

and it will tell you how to reset your nav and you could try loading the new sofware found here

Hi The B2 is not the device that requires ID updating but the navman F series module, as this is what actually displays the Caller ID. Go to the address at the end i've given you and it'll take to straight to the relevent download page and download your relevent F series download. http://www.navman.com/in-car/europe/uk/Customer-Support/Software-Updates/

This should be the correct manual for your device. I haven't taken a look at it but if for some reason it doesn't help or you can't figure it out, let me know and I will type up some detailed directions tomorrow.

I downloaded sp2 update for f20 from navman and it upgraded my navman to 4.10.1028 but still cant get caller id

Go to Navman and get the 8mb SP2 update - then:

STEP ONE:

You need to go to My Computer, Program Files, Navman, Find the USB folder... that is where your drivers are...soo....

STEP 2:

Go to device manager (Windows Key and Pause Break then hardware tab), at the bottom is your USB's - find the one with the yellow "?" and right click, properties.. driver, update driver. Use the location of step one for the driver update...easy... --> ...Don't think it works with Vista though...

Navman in no longer offering map support for it's iCN 510. This means if there is a new road or community, this unit will not recognize it.
I am really mad about this. I spent $400 2 years ago for something that will not have anymore map updates. Here is there reply when I wrote to them about it. Class action suit anyone?

We do apologize for the inconvenience. Navman has decided not to release further map updates for these device due to changes in technology over the last year. We have changed the chipset and software platform and are unable to update this device. The Navman 500 series was released with an updated map version last 2005.
