Reformat the card in the computer. The card should show up as an independent drive, right click should offer reformat option. That just means it cleans it and makes it compatible and readable to your computer. Good Luck Ed

The image size is just 4 MB. How can i change it to 12 MB?

Do not confuse image size with file size. Your camera is taking pictures with 12 million picture elements (pixels). When that image is stored on the memory card, the image file takes up about 4 million bytes, but still has 12 million pixels.

Distorted/damaged pictures

Please check the image size (pixels x pixels) setting or the resolution (MP). Seems like the camera is shooting in low resolution. Have you used this memory card on a mobile phone or another camera? Format the memory card and try again.
