Question about Computers & Internet
I have tried to install my hp all in one printer photosmart c4280 without success. I get a message saying-
The driver cannot be installed because it is not digitally signed or it isnot signed in the appropriate manner. I have tried to ignore this message but the installation gets so far and then stops. My computer is also HP XP.please help.
I am not on my XP machine but you may have set a value requiring all drivers (software) to be digitally signed. Check HELP and go to where it tells you to uncheck the box. Requiring everything to be digitally signed (Microsoft's dream) will cause you other problems downstream. Hope this helps....Tango

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
