-   When trying to switch it on the light on the switch flashes for about 5 seconds then just turns itslf off. Second HP Deskjet 3550 with same issue! -   Guest

-   have changed the print cartridge still orange light flashes? have looked at all the mechanical things still flashes,i'm about to throw it out the window if i cant find a soloution fast!!!! -   lenny1e

-   canon i550 screen says "printer not responding". It is connected by USB. I have tried all the things I could find with no luck. The power light flashes green for a few seconds then flashes orange 7 times, then back to green for a few seconds then back to orange 7 times and the cycle repeats endlessly, it will do that for days. If I push the power button, the print carage moves back and forth like it is going to print, then it turns off and the light goes out. Pushing the power button again the green light comes on green followed by the repeting cycle of 7 orange flashes and repeats. Note: I have a cannon MP160 that will work without a problem.-   lloydlm1

-   6 flashing orange lights. Error window shows printer not responding. Have re-installed software. Still same problem. Have checked power cords etc. seem OK. Have referred to windows help page...followed various suggested actions. still not working. I suspect the Print head cartridge has failed. Also in help, right cliked on Canon S400 icon, went to details, followed instruction into window asking for "PATH". I cannot understand or find this?? Can you help? Regards Peter Richards-   prlink
