Question about Virgin Electronics VM-500 MP3 Player
I use Media Monkey to copy files from PC to Player but when I try to play them I get this message: "couldn't find any music to fix plug in to your pc software"
The player doesn't find the music I copied to it with Media Monkey.
Do I need another firmware? How do I know which one I have and how do I install a new one?
Try elfootman's solution, he helped me out with the same problem (i'm wumanz105). If this doesn't work read my post, there's another solution along with a link to the firmware and software on it. Try the steps elfootman has given me,
It did the trick for me anyway.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
