Have you tried a "Hard Reset"? It will restore your phone to factory settings.
Reminder: Back up your contacts and files first first via activesync.
Then go to systems tab in Settings then click hard reset.
Hope this helps!
If your IMEI number is showing as all 0s then the IMEI number needs to be rebuilt by a Samsung approved engineer, and this would also be a chargeable repair. You can do this by contacting SFC Technical Support: 08456 726 7864. Alternatively you can see if there is a service centre in your area via our Service Centre Locator at http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/servicelocations/ServiceLocationsMain.do.
If taking your phone in to a service centre please take it along with a copy of your proof of purchase. Please also telephone the service centre before you take the phone into them and we would also recommend (if possible) that you back up any important data on the phone in case that's lost due to the nature of the repair.
I had the same problem. Finally in frustration I did the following. Press MENU, then 6, then 4, then Options, then 3 (Reset All). This apparently clears all the alarm memory and my alarm settings would then save properly. I hope this helps you!
