What you can do is try it on another phone and if the other phone works fine then you do have a problem with your phone and should have it exchange for a new one.

How could i see a picture on my phone on internet if i can't recieve picture pessagess on my fone

you might have to reword the question
i interpret the question this way
if you cant recieve photo messages you wont be able to view them at all

if you can get internet on your phone you might need to download a program to view the photos

you might need to connect your phone to a computer using a usb leab
once connected you will be able to see your phone might be seen as a mass storage device

click start click on my computer to open from there you should see your camera then right click to open you should find the photos in there
or
click start all programs accessories open windows explorer navigate to your photos
right click on the photo's select copy navigate back to the photo folder right click select paste or select the top photo hold the mouse cursor then select the bottom photo then drag the photos to your photo folder then drop them

or if you are downloading photos from the internet
once it starts downloading windows will ask whether you want to run or save it
a browse option will open you can save it into a folder in my documents or another device or a usb device

hope this helps you

Why i cant recieve/send picture messeges

You need not to delete anything, you can still receive picture messages. But to use those message e.g. to set as a background or so you have to save this picture in your picture message....so if you don't have space/slot(if limited pictures can be stored) you have to delete any existing picture.

My pictures that i send can't be recieved

It may be some of your friends phones simply don't accept photos. I have that problem with my Cricket A100 -- it can't receive pictures at all, even though my Cricket service includes picture messages, just because I went for the cheapest phone.

My LG Voyager won't recieve or send pictures, videos, or sounds.

i would contact your service provider. this is a network issue and not your phone.

I cant find my picture messages

Here is what I do and it works for me: I go to my inbox, see the message with the attachment logo, click ok, i go all the way down to highlight the attachment, press menu and then save attachment. Choose a name and it will be stored in My Pictures. I had an error message saying "File is too long". I reseized the image to 130 x 130 pix and sent it again, did the same whole thing and now I was able to view it. However i couldn't use it as Wallpaper. Hope this works for you.

Jpeg wont add to contact/2

Make sure that the contact is stored on the phone, and not the sim card.( doesn't work if its on the sim). If you have contacts on the sim and copy them in the phone they double the name, so make sure you choose the phone stored one (there is an icon before the name that shows where that contact is stored). And finally, if still nothing, try to upload .jpg extension file, because the phone resizes the picture to add it to the contact profile, so it might not support .jpeg resizing. Hope you can make it work! :)
