plug the iphone to your computer (make sure you have itunes installed in your computer) turn the iphone off once plugged. Once its turned off, press the power button and the home button at the same time, hold it for around 10 seconds but continue holding the home button. on your computer (itunes) it should show up a message detecting the device (iphone) just press ok and it will bring you to your itunes home screen--from there CLICK "RESTORE" and that will enable your iphone again :)
have you tried holding the power button and the home button on the front together? Anything?
if that doesnt work power up your comp with most recent itunes on it and hold the home button down on the iphone and keep held down while plugging to comp and keep held until a message appears on itunes saying a phone has been detected in recovery mode, then restore your iphone as new.

To install themes on your l7 you will first have to download skinman and p2k drivers try the latest one (you can search for these softwares in google) In your phone change the default USB settings as data & fax connection then connect your phone to a usb port to which you had never conected your phone before then you will get a message that a new hardware is found select to "install now" then select "Install from a specific location" tick the "include this location in search" click "briowse" and select the p2k drivers folder that you had downloaded. For example "D:\Motorola System\p2kdrivers_2.9" Then click "next". It will install your phone. Then again you will get the same kind of message do the same for all until it says your phone has been installed and is ready for use. Now you have done half of the job. Now run Skinman the file list will be loaded. select install. You will get a message just select ok then browse and find the theme that you want to install then select open the theme will start installing. once you have added the desired number of themes select restart phone. now you are done.
to do a master reset blind press the red button a few times to make sure you are at the home screen. now press the center button once, press 8 then 5 press up twice then the center button once now enter your 6 digit security code and then press the center button twice. that should do a master reset on your phone. If that doesn't work then your screen is destroyed. If you don't want to spent money on a new phone you can always use the voice dialing button on the right side of the phone located right under the charging terminal. press it once then give a command (EX. "Call Joe smith") the phone should confirm the command, then say yes or no
Disconnect the USB cable from your Motorola phone featuring iTunes, Wait 10 seconds & Reconnect the USB cable to the phone (it will confirm the connection with a tone). Again Wait 10 seconds, then open iSync and try syncing again. If the issue continues, turn your Motorola phone featuring iTunes off and then back on. Then open iSync and try syncing again.
I am pretty sure you need to use Itunes software, because Windows Media Player is not a compatible software Itunes. So I suggest you use these instructions:
1. Install Itunes on you computer via the disk that came with your phone or via internet on the Itunes website.
2. Transfer all of your music to Itunes( it is pretty easy) when Itunes is installed a window should pop up stating if you would like Itunes to import all music. ( IF NO WINDOW POPS UP THEN DO IT THIS WAY)
2b.While Itunes is open follow this procedure click
Scroll to Import or Add Folder to Library
Repeat till all music upload this will take a bit longer , but you can now be able to use your phone.
