Question about Toshiba 20HLV15 TV
Hi i have a Toshiba 20hlv15 when i turn set on sometimes its fine but after being on for a while the screen colors start to act weird turning bright shades of green or other colors and sometimes the image disappears completely turning lcd off and on sometimes solves this problem and image will return to normal. can anybody tell me why image colors become distorted and how to fix problem?
I took the unit completely apart and reassembled it, making sure to check all harnesses. I have been running the TV since I put it back together and it has been fine so far (3 hrs.). I was hoping that it was just a loose harness when taking the unit apart. Although, I did not note a loose harness. The dvd

Sounds like a bad connection in the set and the heat from being on causes the connection (wherever it may be) to open, causing that colors circuitry to stop working. This is most likely something that can only be fixed by someone who can actually get their hands on the thing. Sorry, but I don't think anyone online can help with this problem.
