Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

Won't install on my computer

I plug in my mp3 player and it says there was a problem installing driver the devise might not work properly and the sansa website tells me to go to settings and turn it to msc of mts mode or whatever it is and there is no "usb mode" in the settings menu. this all started after i pluged it into my Xbox 360. Also it works on every other computer except mine.

If the problem start after you plugged in the 360. Go ahead and do a system restore first, then it should work. The same thing happened to me. System restore then reinstall the driver, problem should be solved

That means the pc is unable to download the driver of your mp3. In this case look online searching the specific model driver of your mp3 and Download it and your pc shall read your mp3 connection properly.

Hello :
1: Unplug your Mp3 player . 2: Restart system .
3: Plug the Mp3 player again . If the system didn't recognize Mp3 player this time , then :
1: Go to [ my computer ] icon on desktop .
2 : Mouse right click .
3 : Scroll down to properties .
4 : On properties click [ Hardware] .
5 : Click [ device manager ] .
6 : On device manager check if all [ USB ports ] are properly installed and working fine .
7: If there are [ question marks or wrong marks ] on the ports then they don't work properly .
This is what you need to do , if they don't work properly ;
1 : Right click on the none working ports .
2 : Scroll down to properties .
3 : On general click [ reinstall the previous program ] .

Computer says problem with new hardware when plugging in Sansa Clip MP3 player


Go to this link and select your unit in the download wizard and download the drivers for your device. Install the drivers without the Clip MP3 plugged in. Once the drivers are installed, you can then plug in the Clip MP3 and windows should correctly identify your new hardward and finish installing the drivers for it.

I do not know how to conect mp3 player to the comuter


Hi, simply connect the USB wire that came with your MP3 player to the computer via the USB slot and it will automatically find and install the relevant drivers as this devise is plug and play.

Cannot install drivers from disc


I beleive that you would have to go under setting and it should be under that. You would have to change the mode in order fo it to work.

ok buddy..try this...format the mp3 player completely once.. then download the songs.. try it with the windows media player.. if it doesnt work then try to re install windows media player or try to update it from microsoft website.. :)

Youmust have instaled MEDIA PLAYER 10 , oderwise your computer will NOT see the device
