Question about RIM BlackBerry 8700g Smartphone
Its odd. My wife used a clean up program on our computer and as a result, I stopped getting my emails. I removed Desktop Software and reinstalled but the message on the desktop manager has the label on the top blue bar as "Disconnected - Blackberry Desktop Manager". How do I reconnect it?
On the BB DTM click options, connections check to see if your pin is there if not click detect.

Sounds like your wife possibly removed your back up file for the BB.
Check your USB cable (i have gone through 2 recently - some fail) or If you have bluetooth enabled devices, try connecting that way.
Sorry I could not be of more help. :)

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
