Will the pioneer deh p3100ub fit a 92 civic?

Yes, it should slip right in, but I recommend you buy the adapter for the wiring harness. Look here for details and instructions are pasted below:
http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130DEH1700/Pioneer-DEH-1700.html?tp=5684

1992-95 Models
See Figure 4
Removing the radio will require removal of the front part of the center console.
The original equipment radio has a coded theft protection circuit. Before beginning removal, be sure to know the code for re-installation. The code is erased whenever the battery is disconnected or the No. 32 (7.5A) fuse from the under hood fuse/relay box is removed. When power is re-connected, the word "CODE" will be displayed and will require entry of the 5-digit code for that particular unit.

WARNING All SRS wire harnesses are covered with a yellow insulation. Read the SRS precautions found in this section and install the short connectors as described.
  1. Disable the SRS system as described in this section.
  2. Remove the center instrument panel by removing the four philips screws on the top and sides.
  3. Disconnect the 4-pin connector from the cigarette lighter.
  4. Remove the two screws, then disconnect the 16-pin connector and the antenna lead.
  5. Carefully pull the radio/cassette player out.

To Install:
  1. Plug in the 16 pin connector and install the two retaining screws.
  2. Plug in the antenna lead, the cigarette lighter and carefully install the unit.
  3. Install the center instrument panel. Re-connect power to the car, and enter the 5-digit theft protection code for the radio/cassette player.
  4. Enable the SRS system.

BUICK REGAL CAR RADIO LOCK CODE

The radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
First remove the radio from the dashboard.
Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels, barcodes or stamped in the metal casing.
This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated

I have a factory radio from a 99 Eclipse. I installed the stereo, it's asking for a code?

All you need is an radio unlock code to get it working.

Radio code is specific for each and every car. It is specific like anti theft code.

You can get it by providing your VIN# and registration details in authorised dealership.
Nobody else can provide you. If anybody can provide you that , then there is no meaning of security for your car..

I need the code to unlock this system please help bought used at the swapmeet don't have the code.

the code is an anti theft device there is only two ways to get the code 1. when the radio was first sold it came with a card that has the code 2. contact kenwood directly they have a master code for each specific model that will unlock it. However they wont give you the code unless your a car audio dealer or can show proof that you were the origanal purchaser needing serial# on unit and reciept

Citroen radio/cd player

You require a code

POST ANOTHER QUESTION

quoting the radio MAKE+MODEL plus ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY LABELS ,BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING

Also quote the MAKE of CAR

note: Unfortunately not all radios can be decoded using the Serial Number

If not then try your Main Dealer ...........or take it into a Decode Service who will plug in a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM). This takes a few minutes and shouldn`t be too expensive
