Two ways, 1: download winamp, the mp3 player will show up in the 'portables' on the left side menu. You can drag and drop individual songs on to it this way.
2: open your music folder and drag and drop files/folders into the mp3 player icon in "My Computer"
Are you referring to which sites are good for downloading music?
Torrents are the quickest, most efficient and safest way of downloading shared music.
bittorrent.com for the torrent client (downloader)
kickasstorrents, isohunt, thepiratebay for torrents.
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Good Luck,
I hope this helps
Thry the solution below. If it does not work then you need to reformat. Also you might want to go to the coby website and download a updated version on the firmware and reflash your player. This will set it back to factory settings.
Open Windows Media Player.
Find and click the "Sync" tab. This is located at the very top of the program.
Plug the Coby mp3 player into one of the USB ports found on your computer. Depending on the exact Coby mp3 player that you own, you can either plug the player directly into the USB port or by using the cord that came with the Coby mp3 player. The name of the Coby mp3 player will appear in the top right corner of Windows Media Player.
Click "Library." This link will be on the left side of the program.
Double-click the "Songs" option in the middle of the screen.
Scroll through the list of music on your computer until you find the songs you want to put on the Coby mp3 player. Right-click on the title of the song and a drop box will appear. Select "Add to Sync List." You will then notice the song listed in the column located on the right side of the program.
Repeat the previous step until you're finished putting songs on the Coby mp3 player.
Click the "Start Sync" tab located beneath the list of songs you chose in Step 6. Those songs will then be added to your Coby mp3 player.
If you have a cd with music that you want to put on it, simply "rip" the song(s) from it using Window Media Player. Then open the folder called "My Music." The music you ripped should appear there as the alum name or as a playlist. Then you go to "My Comuputer" and open your mp3 players file. Then click on "Media" and the folder under which you would like to put the music. Then "click and drag the file to you mp3 player.
so when the mp3 is hooked up and windows media player is open there is a long box on the side of the screen and drag the songs you want into the box and when you got all the song in the box press start sinc. and with the itunes problem put a blank CD in the computer and open up itunes there is a small button on the bottom of the screen that says burn and it will put all the songs on the CD then close itunes and rip the song from the CD on to the computer and then just drag the songs like on the first step i told you.
go to www.oldversion.com and download the old bearshare downloading music program and get files that way. For some reason the newer versions of file sharing programs only let you download copyrighted music.
