Fedders 65 Pint Dehumidifier Fan Problem (by 3 users)

Fedders Dehumidifier (model A7DH65B2A) fan quit working. Everything else seems ok - lights come on, condenser begins to work but the fan never comes on. Any suggestions? Idea on approximate repair cost? Can the fan be purchased?

Have EXACTLY the same problem with Fedder Model A7DH45B2A as well. Starting to see a pattern?

ApprenticeI have the same problem. The fan motor bearings are bad on mine. You can get a new fan motor at Appliance Factory parts.com. Phone number 1-800-955-7075. $44.95 + shipping.
