Hi, There is a magenta diagonal grid appearing on the upper part of the screen projected. Do you know what it could be? The grid only appears when the projector is showing data from the computer, not when it is on showing a blue screen. I am sending a picture of the grid. Thank you for your help. Best regards Juan Salas

It sounds like you may be having an issue with the polarizing plates. If you are in the US and would like to speak with a technician, feel free to send us a note at the link below: Projector Repair Bulb Replacement
1,white spots appeared on screen, means the DMD is broken, you need a new DMD. 2,the projector running off after only a few minutes, means the Inductor (Sensing element),near the Color Wheel. Use a cotton swab moistened with alcohol to wipe the Inductor.

there is an issue with the power supply edge connection with the main board. you'll need to have it sent to an infocus service center for repair. try av solutions in ny. they're pretty good. www.avsolutionsny.com
Ok what's happening is that you have it set up as an extension of your desktop, you need to mirror the displays. when your projector is plugged in and it is showing only the desktop background, open "System Preferences," click "Displays," click "Positioning" and check the box that says "Mirror Displays." This should do the trick.
I think you have shifted the lenses from the original position. this problem comes when you reinstall the lens/Color filters after service. if it is the same then check the positioning of lens/filters again.
