No installation disk

My computer crashed and I had to recover it, so everything was erased. I cannot find the installation disk to my HP Photosmart 2575 All-in-One printer. How can I re-install it?

How do I wipe out everything on my lap top so I can start over

I assume you've backed up everything? Get out those disks you either received with the laptop or made after you bought it. Run those and the laptop will be like new. Now what if you didn't make those disks? You can go online to the HP site and download a set of disks. HP usually allows this one time. If you can't then you'll need to download all the drivers for your laptop, put them on a CD and have them ready when you install your operating system. Now just start your operating system disk and make a new install and formatting the hard drive. I know the next question, what if I don't have an operating system disk? Well, of course you can buy one. But I think as a money saver you should check with your friends. First make sure of your exact operating system you need. You can find that on the bottom of your laptop. There is a Microsoft label that tells the operating system that was originally installed on your laptop and the product serial number. Now, try to get an original operating system disk from one of your friends. When you install the operating system at some point it will ask for your serial number. Use the number on the bottom of your laptop. Good luck

How to extact the data off the Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB HD

if its your motherboard that crashed then ther is no problem with your hard disk. connect your hard disk to any other computer and you can access all the files in it.
if it is your harddsik that crashed then try recovery utilities like western digital data storege manger or any other disk recovery tool available for free. if still it fails then you can recover your data if you hand over your hard disk to the nearest service centre. but recover from a hard disk only if its very valuable. thay will charge you per MB of data recovered

HP Media Center m1080n PC... Problem

If you have the original restore disk, you could try and fix it. But if you have an actual copy, you can go to install it but when it propts you click repair. It should go into a dos mode, and then type fixboot, (this is for if the computer comes to the boot logo and then crashes and shows boot logo again, or if it comes to the blue screen of death) and hit enter. also if prompted, you could try last known good configuration.
These are some methods of fixing your computer without erasing all data!
