My ipod froze up ! wont turn off, time dont move, light stays on but its stuck!!!

First thing to try is a reset

To reset your iPod:
  • 1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
  • 2. Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 10 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.

I have an ipod classic 5th generation and don't turn on. I'm trying everything, but doesn't work. What i can't do with the ipod?

Hello,i have been reading about your problem... and i know why this is happening.

Some reasons:

1)If over-charged too much,battery may blow up....
2)Low charge
3)broken screen

Thanks for your question,
have a nice day....

My ipod nano wont do anything

Press and hold the center button while pressing down on the menu buttton. The Apple logo will appear. This will reboot your Ipod.

If that doesn't work, restore your Ipod to factory settings by plugging your Ipod into Itunes and select restore to factory settings from you Ipod settings in Itunes.

Ipod nano green Help!!!

Hello,

Try going to repair your iPod at apple.
I don't think they will accept it because it is a old version.
You can try. Or maybe your iPod hated you and wanted to die at the next day the warranty expires. (little joke there haha ^_^)

Hope this helps!
