Sounds like the door switches are out of adjustment or broken.
There is only one main fuse, so if you have a display, it must be
OK. Could also be a failure in the high power that runs the
magnatron plus the lamp.
I would take it to a shop for repair. Microwaves are almost always repaired affordably unless it is really old.
