Question about Apple iPod nano 3rd Generation
I only got my ipod today and this is the first time i have used it. I plugged in the ipod into my computer and itunes came up and started downloading music on to the ipod that i didn't want. waited for download to finish and then clicked restore to take the music off. it said that it restored successfully and when i looked at my ipod it had frozen; grey screen with apple logo on. nothing happens when i press any buttons. please help. Rachel
You have to hold the the menu and middle ong for 10-20-30 secs
hold the menu +center button and it will turn off and reset
