Thanks.... That really worked for me... I turned the console on , then the remote, then i pushed the little button on console and then i pushed the little button on top of remote next to were head gear goes and i left it pushed and FIX-Ya....wa - la... thanks bro!

however sometimes they just flash for a little while if this happens turn the controller off and try again and it should then work

Asked me nephew for this ?

press the little white button on the xbox 360,
and the green light should be spinning,
now on the controller,
press and hold the little white button on the top till one green curve fills in the X on the controller.

should now be ready to use.

Most games support the gamepad by default. You should not need any software or setup. But you might need the Drivers for it... Check this out, hope it helps:

I just bought a second wireless controller for the 360 Xbox and it blinks continuously with new batteries


did u program it to your 360? if not there is a button on teh top of the controller and on the xbox. they both are a circle button with "radio waves" comming off of them. press both to program it. good luck

Turn on the 360 and ppress and hold the power button near the start&back button. That should turn it on. Same for drums. Use the controller for the microphone.

Whenever a wireless controller is used on multiple 360s you need to resync the controller to the console. To do this turn both the controller and the 360 on, then find the little sync button on the 360 controller and hold it down until the lights flash in a clockwise circle. Now find the sync button on the 360 console and hold it down until the lights on the console spin in a clockwise fashion. Wait a couple seconds until the two sync up and then voila, you're good to go!
