Print preview does not show full page

Go into the Page Setup for the email program that you are trying to print from and this should allow you to change the print settings.
For example, in Mozilla Thunderbird, if I go into File then Page Setup, on the Format & Options tab I get an option to Shrink to fit page width, plus can change the page orientation (Portrait or Landscape).
On the Margins & Header / Footer tab I get further options I can use to control how big the page margins are and what header and footer information gets printed, i.e. page title, page numbers etc.
Once you've changed the Page Setup values, see what has changed for you on the Print Preview

I just want to be able to enlarge my print size

  • Simply press and hold down the "control" key, while pressing the "plus sign" key. Be sure to keep the "control key" depressed while you press the "plus sign" key. Each repetition will enlarge the text. This can make reading small text SO much easier!
  • To return the text back to its original size (being polite to the next user), simply press, and hold down the "control" key and the "minus sign" key. Each repetition will decrease the text size

  • Log on to your computer and open the document you want to print. Click on the "Print Preview" button on the toolbar.
  • 2 Click on the "File" menu and choose "Print Preview" from the drop-down list if the "Print Preview" button is not available. The "Print Preview" function will show you exactly what the finished print will look like.
  • 3 Click the "Close" button to close the Print Preview window, then highlight the entire document and click on the "Format" menu. Choose "Font" from the drop-down list and change the font.
  • 4 Click the "Print Preview" button again to see the finished print. Continue to adjust the font size until the print looks good

How do i change the zoom levels of my computer

If you are talking about a internet browser usually it's Ctrl + to zoom in or Ctrl - to zoom out

If you are talking about screen resolution than:

    1. Open Display Settings by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Display Settings.

    2. Under Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply.
FILE > PRINT PREVIEW Prior to printing, got to the print preview screen. There will be a window of the print there and as/if you chance any settings, the print preview window will show (exactly) what the printed page will look like.

FILE > PRINT OPTIONS There you can set the header and footer margins. If nessassary.

How can I make the printing larger when I print something on the printer?

    Hi ewcah,
I assume you have installed your printer according to the manufacturer's instruction manual.
I also assume that you haveread but misunderstood the "tutorial and help" buttons on the toolbar.
There are many ways to enlarge printed output:
Most software provides access to print fonts (how the characters appear) and font size both of which will be in the toolbar for the software, This route is easiest because you can use the page preview button to see what the result will look like.
In the drop down FILE menu, will be a section about printing. You can set up the page (margin sizes, headers etc.), preview how the page will look, and print it.
In the preview section, you can often increase and decrease the percentage size of the contents to fit the page.
Depending on your printer, the print button often takes you to the printer control page where you can specify copy numbers, margins etc. There are Option and Properties buttons on some print control pages which allow you to make many more print output changes.
I hope this helps you get started,
    jenni

Certain color parts previewed on computer don't print out

Depending on the software you are using to do the preview...( a word processor, photo software ..etc) the preview is just that...it simply lets you look at the document or picture to see that you have formated it correctly in the main program. You should not try to print from the preview...what you can do is exit the preview function and return to the main software. the go to the file menu and exicute the print command and or do the page setup for the picture or document.

I have a epson stylus 925 printer an when I print the ink either comes out with lines through the picture or in blotchy spots that bleed and make the picture look like a watercolor painting. I have glossy...

Usually this type of problem is related to the paper choice setting in Printer Setup within your Graphics program. If you are printing from within Windows Preview, you would need to set the values first in the Printer property pages found from Start menu, Printers and Faxes. This leads you to the default setup for your entire system. So it is more preferable to open the image in a Program vs Windows Preview and from within the program usually you go to the File Menu and then Print Preview witch allows you to access the Printer property button and setup from there or you will see a Print Setup item to click on and access the properties just for this print job alone.

Does any of this help you or have you more to offer so I can more specific?

If so, use the comment box below to reply.

    Thanks,
    Worldvet
