I have replaced the batteries in my keyboard but it still does not work. Is there a reset button that I am not seeing?

Hi.

There will no doubt be a small "Connect" button underneath the keyboard, press that and also the connect button on the wireless receiver (if it has one) and the keyboard should work.

Regards.

STUCK IN CAPS CAPS LOCK WILL NOT RESPOND

Hi,

check to see if the CAPS LOCK key is jammed?

If not,

disconnect the battery from the keyboard, wait about five minutes and see if that clears it up...

or,

see if there is a reset button on the keyboard that you may have to access using a paperclip... depress the reset button on the keyboard, that should really help!

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE LITTLE GREEN BUTTON ON THE BACK OF THE KEYBOARD? MODEL CEO560

Hi, the green button on the back is a hard reset button, you usually have to press this if the battery's have been replaced or if the keyboard starts playing up such as keys not working when pressed, its just a master reset button to restore the keyboard to new, so its nothing major its just a safety feature in case your keyboard stops responding it just resets the communication between the keyboard and the receiver on the computer.

The keyboard wil type anything, battries are new, reset & rebooted

hi there, make sure that the connection between the keyboard and computer is connected. If not, try bringing the keyboard closer to the receiver. If that doesn't work, then the keyboard has a physical problem.

Wireless keyboard

hi yvonne...

this might seem like a silly question, but have you replaced the batteries?

if so, you will probably have to reset the connect buttons on the base and the keyboard... this can usually be found on the back of the keyboard, and sometimes you have to use a pen to poke it... but i think on this model it may be on the front... look near the led light for a for a power on/off button or a reset button.

hope that helps!
