Braun Aromaster 10 coffee maker

I just purchased a second-hand 12-cup Braun Sensor coffee maker and thought I had the same problem: coffee water sat in filter and wouldn't run through. Used strong vinegar and water run-through several times and still the water sat in the filter. Then I turned the carafe to the right, so that handle wasn't sitting full middle..... coffee flowed right through. Try it.

PS: does anyone know where to find the operating manual for this model? 'Sensor' on the front; model 3092 on bottom; made in Germany.

time to descale the machine not with vinegar but with descaler product 1part descaler 1 part descaler fill the water tank put machine on for few minute stop it for few minute start untill empty rinse very good a few water container and that it if our coffee does not stay warm after that at the bottom of machineinside check the element contactsometime the contact overheat they get some corosion on less power go trus them = less heat i say not to use vinegar vinegar remove calcium in little piese you might block the machine descaler melt calcium thanks for using fixya pierre
