I have had this problem before with other computer. It was never solved.
I cinntacted canon and they sold my a Solution Disk for Windows called ZoomBrowser EX 5.0, but I did not know how to use it.
Now I have a new computer, but I still have the same problem. The ZoomBrowser EX 5.0 is on this new computer. I plug my camara with the USB cable the PC appears in the display panel, but the computer does not show the photos.
