Question about Maytag MGR5751AD Gas Kitchen Range
I have recently installed a new oven igniter which i assumed was the problem however it was not ,when the oven is on and cuts out at the required temperature and then cuts back in it makes a gurgling noise and i have to shut it back off.
ngafm here at your service,
i think that gurgling noise is the gas trying to get out and is neing blocked by a over boil or food spill on the sealed burner with the holes clogged!
You may have some food that spilled into the burner and it could be causing the gas not to fully flow out of that one burner.
Or you just have a bead igniter.
If you have sealed burners and the cap and burner where the gas comes out, is removable by hand without tools!
You may want to check the gas holes in the removable burner is clear and or clean them out if they are clogged.
How old is the range?
I hope that these measures will help you remedy the problem simply and easily!
