I recently moved. After re-connecting my LG Fridge I noticed that you can hear the water run for several seconds before it starts to fill the glass with water. What could be the cause of this?

Usually a small leak in the water line from water valve to the water filter.
I have seen when moving a ref the movers catch the plastic water line on the back of the box on the home door to the outside and damage it.

Pull out the Ref. and inspect the tubing.

Be sure to protect your floor.

My LG dishwasher runs for a while then stops and flashes 1 he. I restart and same thing qiuts

That code indicates that the water is not filling properly. Has the machine been moved recently? Causes of water not filling could be a kinked or clogged water hose, a leaking hose or connection under the machine, or water supply valve not open. Check for water leaks or lack of water supply.

Fridge warm and freeze cold

Rachael, I recently had a similar issue. Unfortunately, the problem you describe could be related to several components & sensors that could have failed which cause similar symptoms. There are a few things that you will need to start with in order to best lead you in the best direction for repair. First, ice building up says that there may be a problem with the auto defrost cycle. Usually a sensor that sits on the evaporator in the freezer side. You want to start with actually measuring the temp in the freezer and the fridge. If you can, remove items, turn fridge off & then unplug fridge from outlet. Let sit overnight with doors open. Two goals, here. One, ensuring that any ice that has formed in the air passages has a chance to melt completely. Second, unplugging the fridge helps "reset" the control module. You stated "hearing the motor" working. Do you mean the compressor or the fan in the fridge. IMPORTANT, you need to make sure that when the fridge is "running" that you can feel air blowing in the freezer & fridge section. Do this before turning off & unplugging. Lastly for now, did anything out of the ordinary happen before you noticed improper operation?

Our fridge is a little over 6 years old and everything has worked fine until now. Earlier in the day I was able to fill up a glass of water no problem but now no water is coming out of the dispenser. The...

Usually that is from the water line freezing up. Behind your refrigerator drawers there is either a plastic tank or a coil of plastic tube........That is where the water runs so your dispenser puts out chilled water. If your fridge gets too cold that will form ice inside and stop the water from flowing. You can defrost it with a hair dryer or just let the fridge sit open for a few hours. Another thing could be the water valve. When you press the water lever on the dispenser do you hear a noise? Kind of a humming noise. Well, that is your water valve, so if you hear it then it is probably working.

Control panel lights blink and beep, freezer fan cycles

The column between the doors being warm usually indicates that the compressor is running properly but the condenser fan at the bottom rear that cools the condenser and compressor is not running. Remove the cover from the back of the machine and verify this fan is running. It could have stuck from sitting for a period of time or something has gotten stuck in the blade during the move.
I am interested in what the fan inside the freezer is doing. You say 3-4 second pattern, is it running a few seconds then off a few seconds?
Please post back with the exact model number from the decal inside the fridge and I will look it up and see what I can come up with.

Warm Water out of water dispenser

Usually the coolness comes from a large coil of plastic tubing in the refer compartment that stores the water. Check that the refer compartment is cool enough. Also see if running a large glass or two becomes cool again and stays cool for a while. Usually the very first 1/2 glass may be warm until the "cool" water that is stored in the coil of tubing finally makes its way to the dispensor.
