Ann also check with your telephone line provider for the land line calls that the subscribed service has been activated that forwards the calling line identity to your land phone line. Could be it somehow has become lost accidentally by the phone company.
It would be worth them checking it has not fallen off your subscriber settings to eliminate it as a possible cause)
Talking Caller ID Handset Dial #162 1 on 0 is off
Base Unit caller id Dial #*162 1 on 0 is off
If the ringing line is programmed into one of your dss/blf buttons it should answer when you lift the handset. Else, if it is someone else's phone ringing, lift your handset and dial 40. That will only work if allowed in the pbx programming. Hope that helps.
Phone is programmed as: -Access to Pool A = Y -Primed to = Pool A
When somebody dials 9 or picks up handset it will go to the Prime To noted above which is Pool A. 6 lines are in Pool A, you cannot change the order......it will always select the bottom line. You need to change Prime Line to = None, then when a line is ringing it will answer the first line that rang. If you know how to program its under Config/SetXXX/LineAccess/PrimeLine otherwise you need to call a tech/vendor in for this.
There are 2 things that would prevent you from being able to answer a ringing phone by picking up the handset. Your phone has to be ringing, and you need to set preferred line ringing on incoming calls.
The second part is easy. Press PROGRAM 99 and dial 22 STORE on your phone. Now when a call rings on your phone you can pick it up. If you can't, then your phone is not ringing.
better late than never.... here is the process make a call in the normal way to the first person ie dial access code for a line out and the number. tell that person to hold on when he answers. now press the conference button.dial the access code for a line out and the number of the second person.when the second person answers press the conference button again, now all 3 should be in the call.i hope this can help
Sounds like it had not released from a conference call. Try pressing to off or hang-up buttom on these sets.
If this does not work try removing the batteries from those sets for atleast 5 minutes and then replace the batteries.
If you have more than one handset, up to four people can participate in a conference call. A four-way conference call consists of an outside line, two handsets, and the base speakerphone. You can easily join a call already in progress.
Press [/flash] or on the handset or on the base to join the call.
To hang up, return the handset to the cradle or press on the handset or on the base. The other party will still be connected to the call.

Here are some steps that should help. I don't think that you can
You can hold a 3-way conversation (conference
call) between your handset, an external caller and
another internal handset user.
During an external call:
1 Press . The external caller is put ?on-hold?.
2 Press or to select name, number or
the handset you want to have a conference call
with and press or key.
The called handset will ring.
3 When the called handset answers, press
to start your conference call.
4 Any handset can press at any time to
leave the conference call.
It looks like you can use the multiple system sets together, but the system is not designed to do what you are asking for.
